Greek Yogurt Blueberry Banana Bread by No Sugar Sweet Life
Honestly, is there no recipe that can’t be made better by Greek yogurt?! If you don’t have a large tub of it (particularly, Chobani) in your fridge, but you like to cook, then you’re doing it wrong. It’s the end-all, be-all for creating healthy meals in the kitchen as far as I’m concerned. And when it comes to this blueberry banana bread recipe, well it just wouldn’t be the same without it.

I made this bread for my Mama on Mother’s day. She loved it. But I mean, if it were a competition, I definitely loved it a little bit more. I also made it for an open house event at the gym a few days ago and members refused to believe that it it only has about 80 calories per small, square slice. It’s so good that I’m going to start baking this on a regular basis, that way it’s always around. Waking up to a piece of this with coffee in the morning…perfection.

Protein Powder Zucchini Bread
Ingredients
3 egg whites or 6 tablespoons of egg beaters
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup zucchini, shredded
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Optional - 2 packets of truvia sweetener or stevia
Optional - 1/2 banana, mashed
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a single serving mini loaf pan with non stick cooking spray.
Mix all your ingredients in a bowl and pour into your individual pan.
Bake for 35-45 minutes, depending on your oven or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
One loaf is a single serving. Awesome breakfast and since it has all that fiber, it will keep you filled longer! I hope you enjoy, I am crushing this thing. Tomorrow, I will try with banana! :)

  • 1 Multi Grain W/Flax Flat Out Bread
  • 1/4 Cup Reduced Fat Sargento Colby Jack Cheese
  • 3 Large Romaine Leaves

When I was 15 I worked at a bagel shop and we would make all of our cream cheeses from scratch. My favorite was the Strawberry Banana, but the problem with our bakery’s cream cheese was that it was made with cups of sugar, full fat cheese, and butter. The spread was around 300 calories for 1/4…

Allrecipes.com is easily one of the best recipe sites online.. but sifting through a million recipes to find yummy & healthy recipes can be hard. The healthy section has a lot of lol-worthy “healthy” options (cinnamon sugar pork rinds? are you serious? in the healthy section? ok.) & There’s a ton of great healthy recipes buried in other sections around the site. Here’s a list of some worth looking at!
PS - when you change the number of servings, it automatically scales the ingredients down for you!
