healthy eating ; working out ; summer body :)

Hey guys ! I am just a 15 year old girl who loves healthy eating and working out but unfortunately I lost too much weight and needs to gain some back. It is going to be a super tough journey for me but i need to do it for myself and my body. My goal is to build muscle, have peace with food and my body and overall be a better,happier person!

This blog used to be called skinny-forusmmer2012 but since i definitely accomplished my goal i figured i could change it lol
